      <image:title>38 North - Our Journey - Thomas A. Loveless</image:title>
<image:caption>Tommy joined the Marine Corps during his senior year of high school in St. Louis MO. Went to MCRD San Diego Sept 9th 2004 and on to ITB (Infantry Training Battalion) after. He joined 2nd Battalion 1st Marines, Fox Company in March of 2005 and deployed shortly there after. He was deployed on the 13th MEU, during that deployment they were sent to Iraq; where he earned his combat action ribbon. Upon returning he became a team leader and was promoted to Corporal. During the build up for his 2nd deployment he went to EWTG PAC (Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Pacific) and became a Nautical Navigator. During his 2nd deployment on the 31st MEU, he conducted many raids and humanitarian missions. In 2007 reenlisted and went on recruiting duty in 2008. He was stationed at PCS Napa, CA for 3 years. After recruiting duty he spent his last year back with 2/1 at Camp Pendleton and he seperated from the Marines Sept 10th 2012. After moving back to Napa with his wife, he started Range Day 4 Vets, in the hopes of regaining the brotherhood he had in the Marine Corps and helping other Veterans to become successful in the civilian world. My proven track record includes planning and implementation of solutions which align with business requirements to support operations and achieve goals. The bottom line is I am comfortable walking into the most challenging situations. I can grasp the larger picture, envision broader challenges, gather resources and motivate the team. I do it all with energy, resourcefulness, and tenacity.</image:caption>
